Hello Super Supporters!

Today I’m announcing action on decision maker Superdrug! Please join me in taking action by tweeting them to remove plastic from their own-brand period products and stop the manufacture of their plastic tampon applicators!

As with all the decision makers I have been continually contacting Superdrug about the campaign, the issue of plastic in their period care and the negative environmental impacts they are having. I have also made them aware of the importance of giving their customers much-needed access to choice, by making eco-friendly options available in their stores, as they don’t currently. Amongst these issues they also produce their own plastic tampon applicators. Their lack of response isn't good enough, this important issue cannot continue to be ignored.

We know that the plastic content of these products isn’t needed, that the environmental impacts are avoidable and that changes can and must be made by manufacturers like Superdrug. This is why I need your help to show them how many of us are calling on them to make change happen by going plastic-free!
