For the past three weeks, Joe's post-show interviews with the Doughboys hosts, breaking down and analyzing each of the Doughlympics episodes, have been illuminating and fun -- even when the event itself has veered ridiculously off course. 

Mitch and Wiger, we ask that you make "After Dough with Joe" a regular and recurring part of your beloved podcast.

It doesn't have to be once a week. Maybe it's every two weeks. Or once a month. Or just on special occasions. Also, it would all obviously depend upon both your and Joe's schedules. Whatever works.

We simply believe that this bread is in the oven and things are heating up... Don't take it out before it's had the chance to rise.
