Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjiztu is a very popular TV show. Not only has it lasted for the past 11 years, it has sold many toys. A show focusing on more mysterious events that the show has only referenced in passing would bring in more cash, more fans, and more hype. Although it would be hard to have two Ninjago shows at once, I think it could be done if they made one season a year for each show. From 2015-2021, two seasons/specials/movies were made each year.

I think the best plotline for this series would focus on the Serpentine War. It could easily be 2 seasons, the first focusing on a young Wu, Garmadon, Ray, Maya, and other ancestors fighting the serpentine, and the second showing the Time Twins' betrayal and the banishment of the Anacondrai Generals.  They could even include extra seasons beyond that, or seasons before the war when The First Spinjitzu Master was still alive.

The main reason I think this show would be beneficial to LEGO is that many Ninjago Fans left after Season 8 changed the designs of main characters and removed some of the ninja's powers. If they keep the designs previously shown in flashbacks, it may convince fans who have stopped watching to return to the series. In addition, current fans like myself would be very interested and would watch both series.
