Please urge Floor Leader Stamas and Speaker Bolger to vote out House Bills 4792 and 5080, legislation aimed at protecting Michigan bicyclists, pedestrians, and wheelchair users!

House Bills 4792 and 5080 would help make our roadways safer by requiring drivers to use extra caution around vulnerable roadway users defined as bicyclists, pedestrians, and wheelchair users. The bills passed out of committee last fall. Despite broad bipartisan support for these measures, House leadership has not scheduled them for a vote on the House floor.
