Xbox Enforcement Team to Disband & Remove loss of Digital Purchases.

Xbox Enforcement Team to Disband & Remove loss of Digital Purchases.
The issue
Ever since the Enforcement team for Xbox Live has come into play they have had nothing but bad feedback. You can receive bans such as temporary communications banned to the more lethal Permanent Ban. Now as a gamer their are certain things that I see can get you life banned from playing online services, but since the addition of "Digital Content" if you digitally purchase any game and your account gets the perma-ban, All content is lost. Hundreds of dollars have been lost for myself but I can imagine other more hardcore gamers have invested Thousands of Dollars towards Xbox games digitally and once you are banned they're gone. You get a case review of ONE message to the Xbox Enforcement Team which is usually replied to with a copied and pasted replied saying the decision has been upheld. I've seen this done for myself, for friends & for random people that don't even get told what the ban has been for and if they decide to uphold the decision, that's it. Now I'm not so worked up about losing my years of data and content that I've saved on games over the years offline which I should still be able to access because I already paid money for these items, I'm more pissed about the games I have just bought that I've barely been able to play and I've just been told, too bad. Is that nothing more than a money making scheme? If I had the disc version I'd still be able to play my game, but because of the "New & Better" way to buy Xbox games I no longer have access to any of my paid for games. I believe this part should be taken out of the terms and conditions that bans an account from signing in to an Xbox, just keep the bans at online services and communications, we as customers have already paid good money for these games and you have changed your wording in terms and conditions so that you are aloud to take games away from customers. When asked for help by a Xbox Employee that stated he was a manger for Microsoft Xbox Australia simply told me to go buy them again. That is a money making scheme and it needs to be stopped. Please take a short second out of your day to sign this petition in the hope that you, your children, your friends are not robbed by this moneymaking scheme of a complete ban. Keep it just online service bans.
