There has not been the sufficient promotion of this step in the process. Your voice matters! You have an opportunity to weigh in on ACOTE Standards.  These standards will directly impact your future as a clinician. They will directly impact the level of respect you will be given as a student and professional in the occupational therapy field. 

DEADLINE: MARCH 31ST, 2023. If you want to shape your profession - please do your part to PREVENT critical learning from being removed from the current standards. As many professors tell their students that “OT is moving away from the medical model” while completely and ignorantly failing to address that we are paid in the medical model, we must prevent theory/models of practice/anatomy/science/pathology from being removed from our curriculums.
