We as citizens of Mumbai frequently visit Malls, cinema halls and travel in Mumbai Metro Rail. 

We appreciate the Government of India for security reasons has ensured installation of Walk-in metal detectors and baggage check metal devices at the entrance of such public places and also provided hand-held detectors to the security guards.

Inspite of these, the security personnel physically touch both gents and ladies in a very inappropriate way under the pretext of security check. What is the need to physically touch any individual?

Security personnel at airports only move the hand held device around but never touch an individual, so then what is the need to touch at other places?

Few female friends and colleagues have been complaining our their breasts being touched inappropriately at Mumbai metro stations. These are very indecent experiences and should be stopped immediately.

We are not against screening using hand held devices but we would not like any like being touched. Request the Indian Government to look into this and direct all such security personnel to stop physical touch.
