Joe McGill owner of Magoo's Tattoo Works has made and allowed Libelous statements about myself and perjured himself in court by stating I made the lines bleed on my tattoo by him. (a cover up) The State Board is limited or refuses to do more about how this business operates and there are more people coming out who are unsatisfied with his work. The City of Lawrence also needs to investigate this business and quality of work. I have been dragged through the mud by this business all because I did not like my tattoo. The libelous statements are still online even after the Judge sternly recommended they be taken down. I lost my case because I did not have a Professional witness to back up my case, and it is $173 to file an appeal. This petition is about the PRINCIPLE of how you treat customers; you dont lie about them, you dont put their name on Facebook calling them "scammers", you dont lie in Court about them and certainly should refund their money after many have said the tattoo is horrible.
