We have seen a video of a man who is standing in a junkyard, he is using a corporation government vehicle. When the press person tried to ask him what he has done to the dogs, he is trying to tell that it is for the benefit of all that he has tied up and killed the stray dogs which is causing nuisance.

Meanwhile you can hear the dogs shouting in pain, they have been hit and tortured after being tied up, he has brought the bodies of dead dogs and a few suffering to the junk yard to just bury them. This is against the law and against humanity. 

We as individuals want to stop this from happening anywhere in the world. We would like to identify him and bring him before the law as according to Section 11, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 says that abandoning an animal, leaving it in a situation that it suffers pain due to starvation or thirst, is a punishable offence.
Killing, poisoning, maiming or torturing an animal is a cognizable offence under Section 428 and Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code. The punishment for such an act is rigorous imprison for which may extend for up to 2 years or a fine or both.

We want the people behind this heinous crime to pay for the deeds and also make sure people understand that this is unacceptable and wrong. As an animal rights activist and human being, we understand that every animal has the right to stay in the place where it is born and it belongs to this world as much as us. Legally every animal on the road is a property of Govt of India and cannot be hurt or displaced from it's place of birth. 

Finally we want to show the truth about this incident to the world and this is not a small thing to let go. We want to show support and urge the relevant authorities to take action. Let's live and let live.
