These heartless monsters threw a defenseless dog off a three story building while smiling for the camera. The poor animal died but not instantly as you could hear her heartbreaking cries as she crashed to the ground. The culprits have been identified as Gautam Sudarshan & Ashish Pal, final year MBBS students of Madha Medical College and are currently being sought after by authorities.   They violated Indian Penal Codes 428 & 429 which state: • Sections 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code make it illegal to maim or cause injury to any animal with a monetary value greater than Rs 10. It is illegal to throw acid on cows (something that vegetablesellers do as a matter of routine). The Code also makes it illegal for cars to purposefully injure or kill dogs, catsand cows on the street. Offenders can be reported to the local animal protection group and police station and a case filed under the above-referenced sections. Punishment is a fine of Rs 2000 and/or a jail term of up to five years. Please join me in demanding the full 5 year sentence as well as expulsion from the Madha Medical College. These two individuals also should undergo extensive psychiatric evaluations to determine if there are sociopathic or sadistic tendencies that need to be seriously addressed.
