In December last year our dog (nero)was playing in the garden with our other dog cleo. When I gas man has lied and said my dog nero had ran out the garden and ran across the road to him and jump up at him wrapped himself around his neck scratched him and locked onto him ! Now we all know once a staffy or any dog has locked onto you its extremely hard to get them off! He said he had to kick the dog and throw him to the floor to get him off him! Now guys nero can't even jump a baby gate nevermind wrap himself around a 6.3 man! He has never left the garden since the day we got him as he knows he isn't allowed... the gas man then came to our house which at this point didn't have a singal mark on him now if my dog has just attacked you why would you come to my house? He then went to the van and made loads of makes on himself. The police came round and even they said the marks don't match nero! How much more evidence do you need we also had two witnesses who went to court who was there at the time and even they said nero didn't attack anyone! Now we went to court and the lier won his case meaning now my soft dog who loves other animals and humans so much that anyone who knows him will tell you other dogs have tried to attack him number of times and he has never done anything! Now he has been named a dangerous dog when he is by far never going to be one and now we have to muzzle him when walking him otherwise he will be destroyed the courts words!I think this is disgusting by me making my dog put a muzzle on that's making people and other animals keep away this will change my happy boy and this will make him pull away from other animals and humans and we don't want this as he goes for walks with other dogs!! So please sign this and let's clear neros name so he can go back to a happy and normal life with out people thinking he is dangerous when he isn't.
