Fox are due to be killed on a few local beaches in MA , as to protect the threatened plover that are nesting there. These beaches include Duxbury and Saquish. Although relocating wildlife in MA is illegal, this is a scenario where an exception should be made. Killing a healthy animal for the sake of another, shouldn't be the only solution to the problem.
