The majority of guns deaths each year include those by accident and suicide. In fact, when a person brings a gun into a home, it is 22 times more likely that gun will be used to injure or kill a family member than an intruder.  This does not have to remain a vicious cycle, there is smart technology that can save lives.  Therefore, we are asking MA Attorney General to order that all guns sold in MA must come with a Smart Tech Gun Lock that allows only the owner to use the weapon.  Since the AG has the mandate over Public Safety, we feel it is well within her power to make such an order.  Please email progressivewatertown@gmail.com with any questions.
