The Issue
I have been cheated by JAGUAR INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD.(Director= Rajesh Lamba & Sutapa Lamba ).
We have given our hard earned money for flat at sector-73, Noida, ARYAN APARTMENT.
We have been promised for possession in 03 years since 2013. But the construction is not yet completed and builder is asking for more payment to complete it.
Our money is still with JAGUAR INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD. And they are not at all ready to refund.
Kindly do the needful as we want our money back.
