High ways in the Kerala States are in pathetic situation from last three months. Last week Ernakulum District Collector M. G. Rajamanickam IAS gives a promise to the people that, KUMBALAM Toll Booth will close if they are not ready to do the maintenance. We are expecting sincere action from the Collector and this should be a message to all irresponsible authorities.
