Save Gabrieles Cats!

The Issue

Vetrinarian Gabriele Meurer has for many years been caring for a large group of feral cats that are not socialized enough to be adopted into a regular household. Some of the cats were previously placed in a shelter but were so stressed out by the new environment that Gabriele decide that the most humane thing would be to move the cats to her farm where they could move around freely. All the cats on the property are spayed/neutered, they get fresh food and water daily and have access to go inside if they choose - either in her home or one of her two barns that are located on her property. Gabriele has even gone so far as to install surveillance cameras to be able to monitor the cats health and well-being. Gabriele was reported to the County administrative boards of Sweden who recently came to the property to assess the cats. They have no complaints in regards to the living conditions and the health of the cats but claims that all the cats have to be visually inspected twice a day..

..As you might imagine this is a daunting task with a group of feral cats that might run and hide as soon as they hear a human approaching. Gabriele thought she had solved this problem with her surveillance cameras but the County administrative boards of Sweden still insists that it’s a problem and the cats are now under threat of being euthanized.
