Criminal Charges for the Murder of Ty Kimble

Criminal Charges for the Murder of Ty Kimble

The Issue

On December 14th, 2014 Ty Kimble was murdered by his married, live-in girlfriend of nearly one year. There was no history of domestic violence with Ty, but she claimed repeatedly to Ty, and to his family and friends that her husband was terrifyingly physically and verbally abusive to her and her children. Allegedly following an argument, Ty was shot and then dragged by her car for several hundred feet along the road. The perpetrator fled the scene to return to their shared home for an indeterminate amount of time (which provided her with the opportunity to falsify and/or hide evidence), leaving his mangled body in the road. The PA State Police brought her in that night for questioning, and then released her. Ten months later, no criminal charges have been filed, not even a weapons charge. We believe she should have been charged with homicide and jailed the night of the incident. We want criminal charges filed immediately, to finally have resolution and absolute, deserved justice.
