We demand Lush Cosmetics take action in order to honour their statement that Black Lives Matter. Our list of demands are:

• Release figures for Black, indigenous and poc employees in leadership and executive roles with Lush #pulluporshutup
• Release details on policies and training in place to battle racism (e.g. how employees are protected from customer racism, how internal complaints of racism are handled and the creation of  anti-bias training and education).
• Donate to BLM organisations from the company (not just from customers money/profits only)
• Release a plan for how Lush are going to battle the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on Black and POC employees when returning.
• Mark Constantine (founder of Lush) must be held accountable for the comments and photographs he has posted on Facebook regarding police support.
