In reference to the recent ordinance that was passed, a large majority of your constituents have spoke out against this harsh and overbearing reach of local government. Numerous National Organizations such as the CDC, DOJ and American Humane Society to name just a few, have all published articles against these types of Breed Discrimination Ordinances. These ordinances have been known for their lack of ability to be enforced, and the ridiculous amount of tax payers money that would be spent on enforcement. We can all agree that there should be some rules in place due to recent tragic events that have taken place, however, not ALL dogs are bad, just as ALL people are not bad.
