Turn disused Plymouth airport into a race track

The Issue

There are no tracks down south the closest is in bristol which is far to go to pay to ride/drive as you wish in the correct environment with the correct training and facilities to do so in a safe manor and alot of younger people cant afford to have a van so it isnt possible for them to have fun doing what they love as its against the law to speed on public roads, the airport is disused and there wont be as much noise pollution as jumbo jets in comparison to a track also would bring revenue and more people into Plymouth who wish to visit the track so motor businesses would have more customers hotels would have more customers and it will also allow the younger generation something fun legal and legit to do putting minimal people at risk ,so instead of releasing the will to go fast on public roads they can do it at track lowering the fatality and injury rate on the roads of Plymouth and in the surrounding areas benefiting the full community, could also hold shows and events such as races and drift shows etc. Bringing in more for people to come visit the city more jobs more things to do for locals lowering crime as the police wont need to focus so much on the roads theyd be able to deal with other matters ,The reason i am so passionate about tracks is because i dream of racing the isle of man tt and would benefit extremely if there was a local track to practice on, also im reluctant to ride on the roads simply because ive been pulled out on so many times on my motorbike i love riding bikes its my main passion in life but it could cost my life on the roads because people dont have the patience to look before they pull out (would be a different story entirely if instead of the bike hitting them it was a lorry they pulled out on)
