To those of us that would rather go to Crash my Playa under better circumstances: 

Omicron case numbers continue to spike worldwide and the highly contagious variant is a concern for large crowd gatherings. A number of late 2021/early 2022 concerts have been cancelled due to the rapid spread of the newer COVID-10 variant. Thousands of flights are being cancelled daily and many people would like to reconsider going to Crash My Playa in Mexico due to these circumstances. 

Currently CID Entertainment is not offering refunds to those parties that would prefer not to attend due to the Covid situation around the world.  Recently, after presenting a petition signed by over 2000 ticket holders, CID Entertainment and Dead and Company offered refunds for the Playing In The Sand event in Mexico at the Moon Palace January 7-10 & 13-16, 2022. The event organizers stated, "We understand that some package holders have concerns about the recent COVID-19 surge and anyone no longer interested in attending either weekend may now request a refund.”  They have now opened up a limited amount of packages for those still wishing to attend.

I believe that the circumstances warrant the same consideration for Crash My Playa ticket holders.  I would like to present this petition and request the option to receive a refund for ticket holders. 

Please sign this petition if you would like to receive a refund and attend Crash My Playa another year under much better circumstances where we can be free from worry, stress and financial loss in the event of being infected with Covid, a positive Covid test before, during or after the concerts, or flight cancellations. Also, please sign this petition if you support the request to issue refunds.
