Some people will snarl, some will disagree with what we are doing and some may not be interested in this project at all... but being supportive is what it is all about. The purpose of the petition is to show the City of Lufkin that there is an interest in a skatepark and that a need can be met by having one, how it is funded is only a step in the direction we all will be looking into once an agreement and decision can be made. Now that the City of Lufkin has awakened on the issue because of this petition, we do not want to see it tabled at meetings and no longer put on the back burner for another 15yrs! The most important thing is showing the kids in our community that we care. We have over 400 supporters already and I still need your help.
