Our children are as innocent as they are defenseless and vulnerable. children in this world should not fear to have to wake up. Should not be verbally abused, beaten, threatened, Sexualy abused (raped) or (Now more than ever) killed. In hands of their abusers most likely (but not limited to) someone they are supposed to trust, have no choice but to endure physical pain as well as mental damage. Traumatized, physically/mentally hurt, defenseless , unprotected, endless nightmares, confused, living in fear. Will they ever truly recover, cope, heal? We need these predators/pedophiles/abusers to fear to commit such heinous crimes NOW. By increasing penalties,charges, sententes to the convicted would have any other criminal think twice before comiting such abuse or doing so again. I demand DIRE CONSEQUENCES to prevent in the future crimes but also serve justice for the damage and even losses already caused. if sentencing longer and less comfortable situation while serving sentences we the tax payers will not be spending so much money on people who have hurt the defenseless and innocent and cost immense pain for the rest of the survivors and they will be justice rather letting walk with just probation periods or smaller jail prison time. Killing childhoods every single day! Every minute someone is suffering at the hands of somebody who has power over them. We connot stand by, accept nor ALLOW this to anybody. They do not have sympathy nor love towards their victims, they do not need to be given the chance to prey another defenseless again. In most recent tragedies man is arrested for raping a baby just one day old! Midwife at hospital beats up baby girl with closed fist and glass baby bottle in hospital nursery just four days into this world! severely bruising body and causing head injuries to the point of brain swelling alone almost costing her life, almost suffocated poor little girl. Man sexually assaulting a three-year-old reapeated and blames her by saying she had a crush on him! Several children died this past few months alone in hands of the caretakers some of them their own parents and others in hands of the parents partners. Uncles, cousin, close relatives close, family friend call for latest including grandparents come out to be the kids rapist. what if they had the law enforced so deeply they'd be scared to such damage I think that we have won,I think that we have protected innocent life created the future they deserve. To fear to do such things, preventing, giving justice to those who deserve it to those whom damage can't be undone, whom get hurt to the point of no return. My heart aches, I am restless to make anyone think before doing damage that cannot be undone. I am NOT able to think that this could not happen to me or any loved one. I know it is happening everyday! It is more real than it ever has been and it's all around us. for every time innocent young little one is thrown into a wall, I'm sorry your scared and don't know WHY . I'm sorry you're confused, I'm sorry you're getting hurt, I'm sorry they don't know any better.They don't deserve you but they are you are... unprotected and unheard, I wish I could be there! So so sorry for the ones it's too late, i can't bring you back but enough is enough. I will fight for this cause till I no longer have a breath in me because even then I'd still be a mother. We need to make changes now let's not these lives have hone in vein we need to fight this together.
