the dogs and cats are living in deplorable conditions! We need the city council to realize that it's very unhealthy and unsanitary to wash dog waste onto the ground! Open water meter is in the water drainage. Buildings need to be repaired and plumbing fixed! There is a parvo outbreak due to unsanitary conditions. Our animals are not getting proper medical attention they need! Like shots, dewormed, parvo vaccine, HW test... Etc. our dogs deserve to sleep some where besides in there own waste and urine. Clean water and food!
