I started this petition as a knee-jerk reaction, the only thing I could hope to do all the way from New Delhi, India, in an effort to get Gina Carano back as Cara Dune. Why? Because I think her compelling acting as a compelling character makes a compelling show even more compelling, and I want to continue watching it in that capacity! I also think that her removal was on very unfair grounds and while I'm happy for her having found a voice with Ben Shapiro, I really desperately hope that this doesn't turn into an ugly Left vs Right war, and that better sense prevails at Lucasfilm and they hire her back.

I didn't think such a petition would go beyond double digits, but YOUR signature has helped it cross 1000! I'm so grateful to you for that! The only thing we can do is continue getting signatures, continue adding to the angry voices from all around the world, share this petition and others like it, and hope that things work out for the best!
