You may have seen our neighborhood has a very poorly placed speed limit sign highlighting the residential speed limit at 30mph. 

As a concerned neighbor and parent, I am creating this petition to present to the City to lower our residential speed limit to 20mph. Renters and delivery drivers continue to exceed speeds above 30mph, despite our best efforts to combat the situation. 

My hope is our lovely neighborhood can join the “20 is plenty” campaign that has developed over the years in various neighborhoods throughout Jacksonville. 

There are 75 properties in our lovely neighborhood, and 75% support is needed to bring to local council members.
