Right now in the US, Insulin prices for diabetics is continuing to go up and there is no decrease in price in sight. Imagine that you are a diabetic and the medication that you rely on most to possibly save your life is not affordable to you to purchase? This is the problem right now. The reality of the situation is that despite the supply and demand for insulin, that many people can not afford to purchase insulin out of pocket as well as that most insurance companies will not pay for the drug insulin. What I am hoping for is to make a call for a change in the price of insulin so that once again, diabetics will be able to afford buying the drug that they need. I am asking you if you would be willing to join me in the fight to make a much-needed change that honestly is way long overdue. Will you join me?
