First Day of Hispanic Heritage Month (current sign count 92, next goal 100)

Today makes the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month. It's a key heritage month that I feel we should at least honor. For this petition, I could mention the contributions of Hispanic Americans aged 16 and 17. They might be in the workforce and pay taxes like 16-17 year olds in other groups but are unable to vote in elections relating to how their tax dollars are spent. Lowering the voting age could help honor them. I won't stop until this is considered, so you probably have to help me some more in sharing this and supporting my other petitions as well.
