Thank you for continuing to spread the word by signing and sharing out bowel cancer petition to lower the age of screening.

I am pleased to give you an update on the progress regarding contacting the local MP Matt Warman. I had a rather detailed email outlining the government’s strategy on bowel cancer screening. They are gradually introducing to eventually allow 50’s and over to be screened in the next few years. I have asked Matt to consider introducing 40’s and over screening before the end of this decade and then to continue to push for all age groups. Matt has offered to meet with him to discuss this further, which I have accepted the invite.

As always, I really do appreciate the support you have given me and the platform to take this campaign to the heart of British politics. Bowel cancer screening show be available to everyone. To save lives. Any ideas your may have taking our campaign forward is always welcome, I am just a message away, heatherchef22@hotmail.co.uk.

Thank you and please keep sharing.
