We are writing to ask for a reduced workload for chemistry class.

While we understand that chemistry is an important and challenging subject, the amount of work we are currently assigned is overwhelming for many students. The heavy workload makes it hard to keep up, especially while managing other classes, activities, jobs, and personal responsibilities.

Because of this, many students feel stressed and burnt out, and it becomes harder to actually understand the material. Instead of learning deeply, we often rush to finish assignments just to meet deadlines.

We believe that a lighter, more balanced workload would help us learn chemistry more effectively. So I have a proposition, if the amount of Pogil's were reduced to maybe 1 a day with another smaller assignment as well. That would ease up the tensions while trying to get the work done. It will make us feel more relaxed and understand the content better.

We are not asking to lower expectations, only to make the workload more manageable so we can succeed and stay motivated.
