Heritage Falls was designed a decade ago as a single family residence zoned (R2) neighborhood.  Over the course of the last few years, phases 2, 3, and 4 have been sold to and are being developed by Providence Homes.  These phases are now being considered for town-homes and other multi-family structures (PUD).  The goal of this petition is to stop the rezoning of this land and keep the phases as single family homes.

We need our voices heard-it is the responsibility of the residents of Lowell to make this happen.
