The rains filled our Pond! We are almost at full spillway level.
While I cannot predict the future actions or decisions of Soscia Holdings I can say that they are required to abide by the lease and keep the pond full for the remainder of September (barring any further weather events or other lease interpretations).
Thank you to all of our local town and state officials who continue to work on resolving this matter.

I want to wish everyone a great Labor Day Weekend! Please enjoy our pond and all that it has to offer. All of you deserve it after everything we have been put through.
Labor Day Weekend Fireworks are still taking place this Sunday 8:30 PM Indian Trail area of the pond.
