While traveling abroad, I was given the opportunity to sample a number of culinary delights.  However, Coolish Ice Milk was easily the best, and has ruined my palette for any ice cream treat in the United States.  For too long Japan has guarded this tantalizing delicacy, and I am calling on the Lotte Corporation and the Japanese Government to release this frozen masterpiece outside of its close-kept boarders.

The ability to end the suffering of the non-Japanese Frigiophiles of the world is in our hands.  I ask that you consider joining me and taking immediate action through this petition.
