PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE VILLAGE
IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS SIGNED UP FOR THE OPENING OF THE GATES… DID YOU SIGN UP FOR THESE? Please share these questions.
1) The AAVA Board's decision to take Ayala Land out of Ayala Alabang and to write ALI on 01 Oct 2015 via the law firm of Atty.Autea to compel Ayala Land to turn over the AAV roads to the City of Muntinlupa?
2) The AAVA Board's plan to eventually allow the City of Muntinlupato have control over our roads by forcing ALI to turn over the AAV roads to the LGU?
3) The negative consequences of such a move that will eventually a) make our roads public, b) put our village at risk of becoming a pass-through for other villages (with or without stickers), c) result in more tricycles and jeepneys and buses plying our quiet streets, and d) precipitate a fall in our property prices?
4) The AAVA Board's undemocratic ways to put up gates at San Jose and Champaca streets without proper consultations with the residents who would be negatively affected?
5) The AAVA Board committing a criminal offense by demolishing the walls without a permit from the Office of the Building Official?
6) The AAVA Board's move to demolish the wall at San Jose and Champaca without the consent of the owner Ayala Land and to place AAVA at risk of having to pay significant financial damages in case ALI wins the lawsuit for violation of property rights?
7) The AAVA Board's decision to dismiss the NOMELEC after the NOMELEC withdrew from participating in the Referendum for lack of due process?
8) The AAVA Board's dictatorial moves to suppress dissent and impose "martial law" in the village by disallowing access to the AAVA News and curtailing the freedom of expression of the neighbors through censorship of the tarps?
9) The AAVA Board's maverick decisions to pursue projects and initiatives with no serious consideration for their legal implications and that unnecessarily expose AAV to lawsuits, penalties, fines, and significant legal fees that we residents will end up paying for?
10) The AAVA Board's decision to open the gates and to construct a Multi-purpose Hall at Guava Park without proper consultation with residents and without consideration for the peace and harmony of the village?
IF YOU DID NOT, THEN, WITHDRAW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE GATES AND THE BOARD! PLEASE HELP PROTECT THE VILLAGE. AAV IS A LAW-ABIDING, GOD-FEARING, AND PEACE LOVING COMMUNITY.
LET'S SET GOOD EXAMPLE FOR OUR CHILDREN.
