Three more reasons to Sign and Pass this Petition to Citizens of Canada.

Paul Bernardo and his wife Karla Homolka used these young people as sex slaves and murdered them. The Judge that heard what they did to them knew Karla's actions and did nothing to stop her from only a 12 year sentence.  We need a lot to be done to our legal system and this petition is only one small part that needs to be repaired....
