PETITION OF CONDO MEMBERS – VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE

To the Board of Directors of  YCP condo association  

We, the undersigned members and property owners of Yacht Club at Portofino submit this petition to formally express our lack of confidence in the current Board of Directors and its direction, governance, and representation of the interests of the association and its members.

Many residents believe that the current leadership no longer reflects the priorities, vision, and best interests of the community. Concerns have been raised regarding transparency, communication, governance practices, and the overall direction of the association.

As members of the association, we believe the community would benefit from new leadership that is more aligned with the expectations and interests of the homeowners.

For these reasons, we respectfully request that the current Board of Directors voluntarily resign their positions, allowing for new leadership to be elected that can restore confidence, improve governance, and better represent the collective interests of the association.

This petition is submitted in good faith by concerned members seeking a constructive path forward for our community.
