A Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Cam recording clearly shows that Tulsa Police Officer Betty Shelby shot and killed African-American motorist Terence Crutcher during a vehicle mishap on September 16. Crutcher was unarmed, had no weapon in his vehicle and had his hands up.

The Demand is that Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler prosecute Shelby for first degree murder. A swift prosecution will send the message that police officers are not above the law and when they break the law and wantonly main, injure or kill civilians who have broken no law will be prosecuted as any other lawbreaker.
