Support 100 acres of open space on the LA River

Friends of the LA River supports equitable public access and ecological restoration on the LA River. We’re fighting for 100 continuous acres of open space on the east bank. Join our advocacy efforts to Crack the Concrete!

Two urgent opportunities to make our voices heard will determine the River’s future - Taylor Yards G2 proposes concrete removal, while the Casitas Lofts development threatens restoration efforts. Crack the Concrete pushes River revitalization forward by:

  1. Supporting concrete removal, ecological regeneration, and equitable design at Taylor Yard G2 River Park Project.
  2. Opposing the Casitas Lofts high-end development as proposed.

We can’t do this alone. We need your voice and vision alongside ours to advance the River Movement. Learn more of the backstory on folar.org/advocacy-now
