We need to band all plastic bags in our city of Los Angeles. The people of Los Angeles need to bring their own reusable bag into every department store for now on its 2020. We do not need to purchase a plastic bag we need to carry it in our hands or use our reusable bags. This will help our environment and our planet, help make this a better place for our kids, grandkids and the future of our planet.
