Demand LAFC hold a town hall mtg to address customer service issues
The Issue
The current level of customer service and membership support for Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) season ticket holders is dismal and inadequate. As a paying customer, YOU deserve a representative who is responsive to your needs. The reality for many members is being assigned to service representatives who are routinely unresponsive to basic questions and concerns via phone and email.
As club members & season ticket holders, we care deeply about LAFC and are passionate about improving our membership experience. To date, members do not have a dedicated channel to provide feedback when something goes right or wrong. LAFC needs to recognize the importance of its customer base and the growing discontent caused by the gap in meaningful membership support.
We demand a platform, more specifically, a town hall-style meeting hosted by LAFC Membership Support, where members can ask questions, air grievances, and inform the club of common pain points experienced over the last few seasons. The spirit of this meeting is not to serve as a witch hunt, but as a conduit for change.
By signing this petition, you as an LAFC member/season ticket holder, acknowledge and agree that a town hall-style meeting with LAFC Membership Support during the 2021 season will serve as a necessary bridge between members and representatives to improve our overall experience.
