The founder of Portnov computer school needs to be criminally prosecuted for immigration fraud.

Mikhail Portnov is a senior member of a Russian

Organized Crime group which defrauds people from

the former Soviet Block by selling them computer

testing courses through his school (Portnov.com).

These courses cost upwards of $5,000. Portnov

promises these unsuspecting people that following

the completion of these course they will find

high paying jobs in US. In reality, very few, if any find

such jobs. Portnov sells his victims high priced services

which claim to help them obtain VISA or residence in US.

He does so in cohorts with Svetlana Kaff. Most of the time,

victims are out of thousands of dollars with nothing to show

but empty propmises.
