The  definition of unchecked power is : something  or someone that brings harm to someone without controls in place to prevent continued growth OF ABUSE, continued violations of rules and regulations and continue ethic violations.Colorado Citizens’( and childrens’) rights are determined by this absolute power . This power is abusive, unethical, unlawful, unequal, and unjust. The courts are Free to do whatever they want, whenever they want. They  have zero accountability to answer to anyone  for the irrational and unjust decisions that inflict massive destruction, chaos, trauma and alienation in our families. 

THE COLORADO FAMILY COURT SYSTEM IS GUILTY ON NUMEROUS LEVELS Of THIS GROSS ABUSE OF POWER. This absolute power is not only terrifying and dangerous,It is an EPIDEMIC and ia serious THREAT to public safety, our constitutional rights and most importantly, the protection and safety of our children . We will fail our children , by turning a blind eye and by leaving their health (emotional/psychological), safety and futures in the hands of these corrupt and unethical sharks.

*Judges and court administrators gross misuse and preference in the parental evaluation appointment process. This forces divorced parents into business relationships with unvetted and inappropriate court affiliated vendors.

*JUDGES ignore evidence, law, testimony and arguments in these cases ( giving majority power to Parental Responsibility evaluator (lawsuit will prove to be several PRE’s to be EXTREMELY CORRUPT)

*DIVORCE LAWYERS AND THE APPOINTED PARENTAL INVESTAGOTRS are guilty of collusion, fraud ,kick backs,  lying under oath, character defamation , Falsifying records, condoning child abuse  and malpractice.
