To ask the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, Sir Declan Morgan to ensure that those responsible for the attack on 16 year old Jamie Lee Barber, recieve the maximum sentence possible for their crimes committed.

To also ask the same to ensure under Article 3 of the European Convention of Human Rights, that steps are made to prevent those responsible for the same tortuous attack repeating their offences.
