Quick update on the case.

Right now we are currently awaiting the judges determination on this 14 year old boys competency level.

So far he has had two psychiatric evaluations.

The first one says he is incompetent but restorable meaning he is not ready to stand trial mentally yet but with help he can gain competency.

The second psychiatric evaluation says he is incompetent and unrestorable. This means that they believe he will never be mentally ready to aide in his defense during a trail. 

Ok so what will happen if the judge says he is incompetent but restorable? Well they will have 12 months to restore him so he can aide in his defense during trial. The judge will get updates every 30 days on his progress. If successful we will start trial. 

If the judge determines that he is incompetent and unrestorable then the case will be dismissed and he will be sent to a "group home" til he is 18. 

The judge has 30 days to decide weather he is restorable or not. She does feel like he is incompetent due to age.

Let's pray he is found restorable.

Let's pray Jessie doesn't die in vain.

He needs to answer for what he did to baby Jessie.

This boy will kill again if he is released. There are plenty of "group homes" for incompetent kids but ZERO "GROUP HOMES" in ohio for incompetent and DANGEROUS kids. They will be putting so many lives in danger if this killer is released.
