Hello ..first I wanted to say thanks to everyone for helping us to be the voice for Baby Jessie....

My name is Heather I am Jessie's mother my sister started this petition for me for Hope and change for other children I know we wont get change for my son at this point Im still left in the dark all the information that I have gotten  I've gotten the information myself the victim advocates the prosecutors the police are leaving me in the dark I am blind if I did not go out myself and seek answers I will still not know a lot of things I had to find out myself it took almost 3 weeks before I even got a victim advocate I had to contact a lawyer my lawyer had got information so I contacted the victim advocate in the officers that was on the case they still have me in the dark every court date has been canceled I just don't understand why I just want Justice for Jessie he did not deserve this at the age of 13 you know right from wrong you knew what you was doing was wrong and you kept going then you ran I feel like this boy premeditated this the police feel like he just snapped they're trying to just slap him on the wrist and he'll be out at 21 I feel as since he took my child's life even though he's a child he needs to be charged as an adult for what he did all I want is Justice for Jessie
