The Issue

6000-8000 people paid for tickets ranging between £45 and £90 (plus processing fees, travel expenses etc) to watch the legend Sir Tom Jones at Alnwick Castle. This event was organised by Loose Cannon Events Management. Many were left disqppointed. Some key issues: - not allowed own food or drink yet; - epic Q's at food and drink stands which seeming lack of staff could not deal with - Late start by 30 minutes owing to first power outage - after 50 minutes of awesome performance another power outage - after waiting a halt was called to the concert due to apparent 'local power cut' (although local restaurant fully lit) and Sir Tom Jones had left. - no lights due to power outage, thousands exiting at same time in darkness. - used same path and cars to exit and needed their headlights to find a way. - disabled access was poor with wheelchair users being pushed across rough field terrain. This is a petition for those who attended the event, who would like explanations and information regarding possibility of refunds.
