The newest to open would be the Arlington, Texas location. The front of house employees receive a $2.13 hourly salary plus a tip share with the rest of the Front Of House. The salary itself is not competent pay for the mental strain from dealing with unruly and/or forgetful guests nor the physical strains such as unbearable heat from various equipment failures around the building.
