Residents of Long Lake Ranch,

I know there is currently much dissatisfaction with the community landscaping/mowing. There are areas that don’t get mowed on a regular basis or maintained at all, as well as others that do get maintained, albeit very poorly. The job is a bid job that currently Yellowstone Landscaping holds. Yellowstone is paid a lot of money by the residents of LLR, and quite simply they are failing us as residents! 

Please sign the attached petition if you believe that our contract with Yellowstone should be terminated due to poor execution on their end.  I have seen multiple posts on our Facebook page regarding the dissatisfaction. A high number of petition signatures is a direct show that as residents of LLR that we are unhappy with the job they currently are doing. A large amount of signatures are needed to show our management company we are unhappy, and hopefully this will force them into action regarding the issue.

The next step, which would be completed by our management company, Rizetta, would be to fire Yellowstone and the re open to job up for bidding to contractors.
