My sister, Linda Christine Langemo, was murdered for the control of her million-dollar estate and trust. This was the motivation of my sister's estate attorney and that attorney's-attorney to put my sister to death!  My sister died with the greedy attorney by her side. The attorney was not there at my sister's death bed to wish her 'good bye' but to see that she passed-on through suffocation by her "upper respiratory infection." Ever heard of such of a reason for death in a modern hospital with all of its equipment?!  If Chris had an upper respiratory infection causing her to suffocate, then why is it that NO tracheotomy tube was placed in my sister's throat to allow her to breath? If she did have a trach, then what about the oxygen feed? Was it cut off? Too many questions go unanswered! That is because of the grossly under investigation made by the Long Beach Police Homicide. That is the reason for this petition, so an up to date and responsible forensic laboratory like the FBI's can get to the bottom of my sister's likely murder. Please sign!

I am Mike Bartling, Advocate for my late sister, Linda Christine Langemo. The Long Beach Police Department grossly under investigated my sister's death; The police made only a skeleton of an investigation to protect the Long Beach Memorial hospital where my sister was murdered at, and to protect my sister's estate attorney and the estate attorney's husband who is a doctor of Respiratory Medicine. Very suspiciously, my sister's attorney's respiratory doctor husband worked at the hospital where and when my sister was murdered, where my sister died from "Respiratory Distress in Minutes" according to my sister's death certificate, as her attorney was, and said to me, "I was by Chris's side when she died"!  My sister died suspiciously by the questionable cause of an "upper respiratory infection" under suspicious reasons on September 17, 2003.  September 17, 2003 is only 3 days before CA State bill AB 1349 (2003) became law that prohibited attorney's to create for their sick client's, a trust and Will. We need a forensic investigation to be made by the FBI to get to the bottom of the truth. That is another reason for this petition!!

No doubt my sister's estate attorney and her attorney became nervous and took desperate and horrific action to make sure that they would not be held culpable to this coming law, protecting clients like my sister! AB 1349 would made it ILLEGAL for the attorney to create a trust where the attorney would be the beneficiary and receive the assets, money, from their client's (Chris's) trust/estate, if their client was sick unable to make responsible decisions! Because of her illness Christine WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE RESPONSIBLE DECISIONS FOR HERSELF!!

My sister lived alone and was a recuse, had breast cancer, and was easily taken advantage of by rogue attorneys. My sister had no Will to disperse, as said by my sister's estate attorney, attorney. Though there is NO PROOF to show or to be found to the estate attorney's claim in court that the estate attorney had or has Power Of Attorney and Power of Health Care Agent over my sister! None whatsoever!

My sister's death occurred under such suspicious circumstances and by highly questionable causes that this should be a wake up call to the State and the citizens that vulnerable people are taken advantage of. The State of California needs to be much more vigilant to protect these people, such as my sister, from predatory attorneys such as my sister had and still has as "health care agent." With power of health care agent, the attorney has blocked my requests for my sister's medical records. No doubt that my sister's records, especially the one's from the hospitals may very will reveal that my sister was murdered, along with a forensic Investigation. The Long Beach police give a dead ear to my sister, Linda Christine Langemo. This is why we need a Forensic Investigation by the FBI to be made! Thank you for reading and for your support!
