I would like to inform you that I received an forward email from Waltham Forest council about the Hare and Hounds football ground.

In their email it said: The council can confirm there is a restrictive covenant on the land which can be seen by searching the Land registry. 

Also, the council went on to say: There is also a separate covenant to not erect, suffer or permit to be erected any buildings or any erections on the land and to keep it as a sportsground. 

If you want to find out more about the covenant on the Former Leyton FC football ground . May I suggest that you go on to the H.M. Land registry or Waltham Forest council websites for more information.
